Maeda Aki is a Japanese actress born in Tokyo. Her agency is Alpha Agency. She graduated from Hosei University Faculty of International Cultural Studies.

In 1992, she was scouted while eating with her mother at a hamburger restaurant. She made her debut in the same year with a Takara Mu TV commercial. In 1994, she made her first appearance on the TV program "Appare-san Madai Sensei." The same year, she made her drama debut in the drama "Heart's S Dai 1 Yoru Dai 2-wa: Cinderella no Okan".

In 1999, she debuted as a solo singer with the song "Gomen ne." In 2000, she made her first appearance as a voice actress in the animated movie "The Boy Who Saw the Wind".
